Instructions
  1. Whisk flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add both sugars and butter whisk until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs until mixed.
  3. Mix in flour mixture until combined.
  4. Finally, fold in chocolate chunks. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  5. When ready to bake make sure the dough is room temperature. Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
  6. Use about a tablespoon of cookie dough and place them 2 inches apart from each other. Depending on the size you prefer.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until you see golden edges.
  8. Allow to cool on a baking sheet for a few minutes before removing.
  9. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Use parchment paper to cover the baking sheets. It's an easy cleanup.
