Easy to make Palak Paneer
  1. Saute onions, ginger garlic, and tomatoes until soft. Set aside.
  2. In a large pot with salted boiling water, add spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes. Submerge in cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain excess water.
  3. Blend onions, ginger garlic, tomatoes, cashews, green chilies, and spinach into a smooth paste.
  4. Pan fry the paneer cubes with a little bit of oil, fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Pour palak paste into a large pot. Add in your cumin powder, salt, garam masala, and paneer mix well. Remove from stove.
  6. Now it's time to garnish with cream and roasted cashews.
  7. Best served with chapati, rice or naan.
  8. Enjoy!
